Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All KESH BHOG products are non-returnable due to the nature of Ayurvedic consumable and personal care items. Once sold, they cannot be taken back or exchanged.

  • We only offer a replacement in case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. Such requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support at info@keshbhog.com or +91-9355564599, along with your order number and clear photos of the product and package.

  • Replacement order if we delivered with in 5-7 business day. in case stock is not available we will provide full refund to original payment method with in 5-7 days.
  • Order Cancellations:

    • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch by contacting us via phone or email.

    • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or unavailability of the customer at the delivery location.
